The Donut Kettle Retirees Club is an informal group of ex-Ham Stand and now some Hamilton Sunstrand folk that meet in a social atmosphere to discuss retirement, investments, health issues, golf ,bargins, gossip and even on rare occasion...... politics.

Weekly Breakfast is held at the Donut Kettle, Spring Street, Windsor Locks, CT, each Wednesday from approximately 8:00 AM to whenever (usually 9:30). Arrangements for "open" golf Wednesday afternoon are made at breakfast.

Many of the Group play in the "Living Legends League" which started years ago while most were still actively working at HS and also generally play at Airways Golf Course in E.Granby on Wednesdays at 1:30 PM (that's Senior Time....ergo- tee off is generally no later than 1:05....)

ALL Ham Stan RETIREES ARE WELCOME!

See Internal Leakage by ex-HS Service Rep (Paris, etc). Bill was editor of the HS Service Department Internal Leakage for many years and we have included his comments about the last luncheon for your possible amusement.

Most of the HS retirees attended college in the 1950's ( Those Halcyon Years). Consequently, we were fairly well WW2 brainwashed and still believe that the USA is the greatest power in the world and that we are superior to all others and without evil . ...I like this but it may possibly be open to some debate these days unless we reduce this mounting debt...
